As a pledge of our good faith, and to demonstrate our belief in the quality of our services, we typically hold off on collecting 20% of project cost until final completion. This is 2X the amount normally deferred until completion on complex, multi-trade projects.
Further, in some cases we also offer customers a retainage option of 5% of project cost. This allows customers to live with their improvements for a pre-set period of time (usually 30 days) before releasing a final payment to us. This option is usually made available for high dollar projects.
